Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed or lemon
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh herbs, parsley, dill, coriander, etc.

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Drizzle on your favorite salads or roasted vegetables.
