Meet Anna Rissato

Hello, I’m Anna Rissato — a nutrition student, recipe creator, and food enthusiast passionate about balanced eating and real-life wellness.
I believe that food should nourish both the body and the mind. Healthy eating doesn’t need to be complicated, restrictive, or stressful — it should be sustainable, enjoyable, and adapted to everyday life.

My Story

I was born in Poland and lived there until I was 20 years old. Later, I moved to London, where my love for cooking truly began. At that time, cooking was my creative outlet — a way to slow down, experiment, and take care of myself through food.

Everything deepened when I moved to Brazil over 10 years ago. With more space to reconnect with my body and lifestyle, my interest in food naturally evolved into a strong passion for nutrition, health, and well-being.

Today, I’m a nutrition student and future dietitian, focused on understanding how food influences hormones, digestion, metabolism, and overall health. My approach combines scientific knowledge with practicality — because nutrition only works when it fits real life.

My Philosophye

I support a balanced, flexible approach to nutrition.

I value:
• whole, nourishing foods
• moderation instead of restriction
• consistency over perfection

Food is more than fuel — it’s culture, pleasure, connection, and self-care.

Eat Well with Anna

Eat Well with Anna is my recipe space — where cooking meets simplicity.
It’s where I share easy, nourishing recipes made with real ingredients, designed to fit busy routines and everyday life.

Each recipe is:
• practical and approachable
• clearly explained step by step
• tested and adaptable

This project reflects my belief that healthy food can be both nutritious and delicious.
